A WFL/Ludwig tripod snare stand from the 1950s, transition badge era. Chrome finish. All original except perhaps some of the feet.
Good shape but badly in need of cleaning. Lots of grime and some minor rust as shown. All joints and threads are solid, rubber basket tips have no cracks. Works with no issues.
