Vintage Noble and Cooley Beat Stick One Man Band Percussion Instrument drum

Noble and Cooley 'Beat Stick'
Measures approximately 42" tall, drum is 8" in diameter.
The piece is in good used conditon, with a mostly disintegrated bottom rubber foot and some peeling of the paint on the metal rim of the drum section. Also, the plastic horn has a scuff on the bell, as shown in the last picture. The horn works perfectly, the scuff is cosmetic and while somewhat large, is only noticeable upon a fairly close inspection. The horn is made by Bayshore Industries of New York and is patent #2988848.
It's utility as a percussion instrument is somewhat limited by the wooden beads and cymbal half on the bungee cord not lining up properly with their counterpart drum and other cymbal half, but this could be adjusted with a bit of untying and retying the bungee cord part.
