Vintage Ludwig 25 Bar Marching Bell Lyra (Needs Repairs)

Description

For your consideration is a vintage Ludwig branded marching bell lyre/lyra set with brass/nickel plated bars. This 25 bar setup is currently removed from it's original frame and would need replaced to be functional. Additionally, the felts under the bars are worn in places causing some bars to not ring out unless maneuvered. Bars show pitting and wear but still play when properly mounted and given clearance.
Bars are 1/4" thick and overall unit would measure roughly 26" when assembled. Not including the additional length provided by horns or other decorative pieces of the bracket.
Would be considered a project rebuild for a prospective buyer. Offers welcome.
