    i do not know who the maker is, maybe you know. Good condition for its age with only some signs of use. has some light rust, not too bad and should clean up with polishing. 15 inch diameter. has some slight bends/denting.  what you see is what you get.  Sorry about any reflections in photos, it is difficult to photo shiny metal items. could use s little cleaning/polishing.
