This machine can operate as both Vacuum and Blower.
This is 1 of 2 Industrial Grade PD Pumps that came off the floor from a Major National Food Producing Plant in a good environment then put into storage for refurbishing at a later date.  The first one got refurbished and sold for over 4k (See Example Only Photos).  Other equipment kept coming in leaving little time to get to this one so it just sat in storage for several years.
At its current location there is no 3 phase electrical supply to power this up with so it is being sold as is where is for to make room for again more equipment.  I recently went to confirm it's physical condition (not appearance) by removing the belt guard and easily turning both the motor and pump by hand with the belt.  This indicates all is well from my experience with this type machine.
I took a short phone video of this but eBay only lets me post photos not videos.  If you need to see it then we have to find an easy way if really important to you.
If you have the time to take it apart, clean up and paint then you can end up with a nice Blower / Vacuum System as you have here all the base parts to do it and refurbish it yourself.  That's what I did with the other unit pictured which was cleaned and reconditioned by me which worked well and looked good.  But if you don't care about looks, then just give it some TLC maintenance and have it run as is.
Important things you should know about this type blower and things you must have are...
Rotary positive displacement blowers are the preferred air moving devices for a number of applications. However, despite their many positive features the pulsations they produce and the resulting noise they create must be dealt with properly as they create three types of noise: vibration, mechanical and air borne. Damage to downstream equipment and excessive noise is the end result if you try to use this type air pump without the properly added and needed components.
DISCHARGE SILENCERS
Rotary positive displacement blowers discharge the air in slugs that have been compressed by the line pressure. These slugs can be highly destructive to equipment downstream of the blower. Discharge Silencers are necessary to reduce these pulsations. Discharge Silencers also serve to smooth out the air flow for proper use in the system. Without Discharge Silencers the pulsations can vary anywhere from 40% to 80% of the absolute line pressure. With properly selected and sized Discharge Silencers the fluctuation will be no more than one to two percent of the absolute line pressure.
INTAKE SILENCERS
Since the inlet to a rotary positive displacement blower it is open to the surrounding environment, Intake Silencers are necessary to reduce the air borne noise the blower generates. As the blower impellers rotate air is sucked into the blower. The frequency of these slugs of air being generated is determined by the speed and number of lobes on the impellors. Intake Silencers serve to smooth out these slugs of air and reduce the noise emanating from the blower inlet.
AIR FILTER & FILTER SILENCERS
Blowers, compressors and internal combustion engines all require clean air to work efficiently. This unit is fitted with what is needed.

Purchased listed item is being sold strictly as Local Pick Up Only by Buyer or through Buyer’s Designated Shipping / Pick Up Agent.
Item is available for local pick up by buyer or buyer’s assigned pick up agent acting on buyer’s behalf which may include any variety of shipping, freight, cargo services or transport companies.  Seller’s responsibility is to make available item for pick up but is not responsible for arranging or paying for any transportation costs or insurance as that is the responsibility of the buyer.  The seller may assist in loading item onto buyers transport vehicle or that of his agents, or helping buyer with arrangements but by no means shall mean or imply any responsibility of transport role which is entirely that of the buyer.

Shipping Motor Freight Services: Item available for motor freight pick up with two day advanced notice and appointment arrangement weather and other factors allowing.  Seller will load on straight truck or smaller only due to larger vehicle roadway access limitations and from your choice of shipper’s and pricing selected.  Seller can assist in freight company selection and quotes through our freight Service Broker or yours or your freight-liner account but actual shipping arrangements and authorization are between the buyer and freight service.  All shipping charges and insurance are the complete responsibility of the buyer and to be paid by buyer directly to freight service or broker selected by direct payment, billing to customer or customers account number.  Buyer will pay for purchased item in advance of shipping and after award of sale.  Transportation service charges are to be paid separately from price of purchased goods, and no goods will transfer or ship until payment for goods purchased are 100% paid and secured.
