Yee haw !!
You are looking at a nice used vintage ROGERS DRUMS woodblock and cow bell holder.
This
part is in great condition with nice metal.
These are hard to find.  Not everyone had one.
This one has a four inch pole.  Some have 6 inch poles.
This one is four inches from the factory.   It is not cut down.
There are some scratches in the post pole where the woodblock plate tightens to the pole.
No mechanical problems, it is complete and working nicely.
The bass drum in the last photo is not included.
It is only there to show you what it looks like on a hoop .
I have left any further cleaning and detailing to you.
I believe this part to be from the 1960s, made in Covington Ohio.
Both the clamp and the tightening wing bolt are inscribed ROGERS.
The wing bolt has a little rust in spots.
It is a used part, over 50 years old.
