Minor surface scratching & could use a light polish to brighten, but overall quite clean & shiny! Please view photos--overall in very good condition.
Back side bears a circular stamp with a large "W", and underneath, inside a rectangular frame, is the marking "Made in U.S.A." No metal markings, however in certain spots where the plating has been worn down or chipped, a copper-colored surface is showing through...
Buckle measures approx 3-5/8in across, by approx 2.75in high; rose decoration approx 45mm wide.
Weight is approximately 3.130 ounces.
