Product Description
THIS IS FOR SALE IN THE U.S. ONLY and can only be shipped UPS Ground.
Solder alloy for torch or iron. Used to join all solderable alloys to each other and to dissimilar metals. Also for zinc die-cast. Forms excellent, corrosion resistant joints on the tough to solder aluminum alloys. Also beneficial as a high temperature solder on most other metals. Not recommended for magnesium.
Typical Application: Forms excellent corrosion resistant joints on the tough-to-solder aluminum alloys. Joins all solderable aluminum alloys to each other and to dissimilar metals, both ferous an nonferrous. Also beneficial as a high temperature solder on most other metals.
Flux 1 oz; Solder 1 oz (Flux 28 g; Solder 28 g) - 1 Package
Procedure:
Clean the area to be soldered
Apply Stay Clean aluminum flux
If using an open flame, heat indirectly with the torch in motion (do not direct the torch on the flux)
Heat until the flux becomes a nut brown color
Apply the alloy
Discontinue heat as soon as flow
Allow to cool. Remove flux residue with wire brush and hot water
Features:
Tensile strength - Up to 20,000 PSI
Solidus - 391ºF
Liquidus - 482ºF
Good color match on aluminum and zinc die cast

Shipping Policies
We suggest Priority Mail for lighter weight items under 4lbs and UPS for heavier items when shipping in the Unites States. WE USUALLY SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER PAYMENT RECEIVED, SAME DAY IN SOME CASES. Tracking information will be sent once order has shipped. We strive to always have stock available for shipping, but from time to time stock-outs may occur. Some welders are not stock items and will be ordered from manufacturer when paid for. It usually takes only a few days to ship to you. We are open M-F 8-4 Eastern. Orders received over the weekend are processed on Monday and usually ship Monday or Tuesday.
All items are covered by Manufacturer warranties. We will help you with any warranty issues. Small items shipped by UPS ground, FedEx Ground, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, unless you choose 1st or 2nd day air at additional charge. Larger welders are shipped via common carrier of our choice. We get it to your door. Additional charges for lift gates or special delivery are at your cost.
Some are shipped direct from manufacturer.
International Buyers: Only items marked for sale for international sale will be sold internationally. Warranties may not be honored in all countries. Buyer solely responsible for all import fees and duty tax. All payments in US dollars.
