The W2 Time Clock is suitable for small and medium-sized business (Up to

employees) and it brings smart and convenience to your office manage ment. No need to set up a shift schedule and support overnight work.
You can track and monitor the employee’s attendance to ensure productivity and workflow during the working hours.
You can view the attendance details of the employees and generate statistical reports. The report for all the employees appears one by one.
This automated device greatly reduces the computational errors and transcriptional errors thus facilitating hassle-free attendance calculation.
The W2 is Fingerprint and password Time & Attendance Terminal that is equipped with a Wi-Fi module, so there is no need for an Ethernet connection. With Wi-Fi function, it saves you from costly network wiring installation. Within the same 2.4g WIFI network, you can easily setup the device, enroll users, check the record and download the time report through NGTeco Time APP.

Improve The Quality of Fingerprint Reads
1, Always use clean fingers, avoid angled or tilted finger positions for enrollment.
2, Put your finger belly completely in the middle of the reader.
3, Do not slide the finger while enrolling it. Put some pressure for 1 second and it will show you the result.
4, A dry fingerprint would be hard to be recognized, pls panting breathe on your fingerprint to moist it. Then it will be easier to verify.

No In/Out Keys To Press
When this feature is enabled, the punch state will not be displayed on the home screen and it will be updated automatically based on the previous punch state of the user. If the Auto Punch Mode is turned off, the user needs to select the punch state manually and the punch state will be displayed on the home screen.
No In/Out Keys to press, audible beep, and employee name, and Information display on-screen to confirm successful punch.
Prevent Data Tampering
The finger template is only stored locally on the machine and will not be uploaded online to protect the privacy of employees.
The Administrator privilege protects the clock against unwanted damage to important configurations and unwanted changes. The Administrator has the privilege to operate all the menus in addition to fingerprint/password-based attendance maintenance. The Admin can make changes to the configuration, add and modify user details, and query on attendance records.

Attendance Report Auto Calculations
You can generate statistical reports that display the attendance details of the users in the specified pay period. The report consists of the specific Pay period, the Name of the employee, Date-wise check-in and check-out time, actual work time, and total worked time.
No need to spend time calculating hours by hand, employee hours are totaled automatically.
