A signed Barry Kieselstein Cord Sterling Silver Figural Horse Head belt buckle!
It was polished fairly recently, but not professionally. Lots of scratches from use, as in evident in worn silver. 18.9 grams Ap[proximately 1 1/4” h and long. Belt cant be wider then 1/2”
