70s Vtg British Made CYMBAL STAND TILTER Seat Top Section Part Universal Teeth

A cymbal tilter of unknown origin. Assumed to be British as it was acquired with a bunch of parts from the UK. Has a complicated internal spring and ball catch mechanism to achieve universal positioning.
Good cosmetic condition, tilt mechanism could use a little TLC but appears to be complete.
