    Initial Inspection

    Please inspect merchandise at the time of receipt. Any problems including claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

    DVD Navigation is not eligible for return unless we misreported the condition of the DVD.  We only sell top quality Nav disks.
    Order Refusal:
    If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Any round trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refused packages can take up to 21 days to be processed.
    Order Cancellation
    : We will make every effort to cancel or change your order however we cannot guarantee a cancellation regardless of date of request.  If your order or part of your order has already been approved or is already in the process for shipping, then your order cannot be cancelled.
