1960’s Eagle Scout Neckerchief w/ hand painted Leather patch by An Indian NICE

To my understanding the artist spent a life time preparing these beautiful artistic N/C's.  From Arizona AZ several council's including mine the Great Smoky Mountain Council in Knoxville Tennessee TN issued these.  I earned my Eagle Scout Rank in 1973 and was told it was one of about 12 still in Stock.
